Smaller Meals, Bigger Flavor

Smaller Meals,
Bigger Flavor

A simple plate doesn’t have to taste plain. A few dashes of AZ Gunslinger or Organic Harvest hot sauce bring real Southwest pepper flavor to eggs, chicken, roasted vegetables, soups, rice bowls, tacos, beans, and sandwiches — no extra prep, no complicated recipes.

Family-owned in Mesa, Arizona since 1985.

Everyday meals, upgraded in one shake

Every sauce in the lineup earns a spot at the table a little differently. For example, some shine on eggs, while others are better on grilled meats or vegetables. Here’s where each one does its best work.

Eggs & breakfast

Red Jalapeño on eggs

The original sauce in the lineup: ripened red jalapeños, vinegar, and salt. Its medium heat builds slowly and never takes over, so it works on scrambled eggs and breakfast burritos morning after morning.

Red Jalapeño Hot Sauce →

Chicken & the grill

Chipotle Habanero on grilled chicken

Smoke arrives first, then the habanero warmth follows. Brush it on grilled
chicken, ribs, or a burger right off the grill.

Chipotle Habanero Hot Sauce →

Vegetables

Green Jalapeño on roasted vegetables

Bright and grassy, with gentle heat that fades quickly. It lifts roasted or grilled vegetables, salads, and avocado toast without overwhelming them.

Green Jalapeño Hot Sauce →

Rice & grain bowls

Organic Red Jalapeño over a bowl

Four organic ingredients and a balanced medium heat make this the everyday table sauce for rice, beans, and grain bowls.

Organic Red Jalapeño →

Soups, chili & beans

Organic Habanero in the pot

Stir a spoonful into soup, chili, or a pot of beans and let it simmer in. This one is genuinely hot — start small and add as you go.

Organic Habanero →

Taco night

Habanero on tacos & burritos

Much hotter than jalapeño, with a sharp spice up front and lingering warmth. A little goes a long way on tacos, burritos, and grilled meats.

Find your heat level

Every bottle states its heat plainly, from family-friendly mild to not-for-beginners. Pick the level that sounds like you.

Green Jalapeño

Mild to medium

Best on: vegetables, salads, seafood, quesadillas, avocado toast

Red Jalapeño

Fully ripened red jalapeños give it a slightly sweeter taste. The heat builds slowly, then lingers — easy to enjoy every day.

Chipotle Habanero

Medium-hot

Chipotle smoke leads, then habanero sharpness adds a lingering fire. The smoky one in the family.

Habanero

Hot

Mega Diablo

Extreme — not for beginners

Habanero, cayenne, and capsicum extract for maximum fire, with faint garlic and molasses depth. The house recommendation: one drop at a time.

Short ingredient lists, real peppers

Red Jalapeño is the whole philosophy in one bottle: fully ripened red jalapeños, vinegar, and salt. That’s the entire list — no artificial ingredients and no added sugar.

The Organic Harvest sauces follow the same idea with certified organic ingredients — Organic Red Jalapeño is just organic peppers, organic vinegar, organic apple cider vinegar, and sea salt.

*Varies by sauce. Sweeter styles like Sweet Chili Lime and the honey mustards  get their flavor from brown sugar and honey, and organic and gluten-free apply to the Organic Harvest line. Each product page shows the label with its full ingredient panel — always check the bottle you’re buying.

Common questions

Which sauce is the mildest?
Green Jalapeño has a mild-to-medium heat that arrives gently and fades
quickly — it’s the family-friendly pick. Key Lime Jalapeño and the Honey
Mustard BBQ also sit at the mild end, leading with citrus and sweetness. See the
heat guide above for the full ladder.
Which sauce works best with eggs?
Red
Jalapeño
is the breakfast staple — a balanced medium heat that suits
scrambled eggs and breakfast burritos. Prefer gentler mornings? Green Jalapeño
works the same way with less heat.
Which sauce works best with chicken?
Chipotle
Habanero
is built for grilled chicken and BBQ — smoke first, heat
second. For wings specifically, there’s a dedicated
Buffalo Wing sauce line
in medium, habanero-mango, and extra-hot Mega Diablo versions.
Which sauces have no added sugar?
Red Jalapeño states “no added sugar” on its product page, and Organic
Habanero is made with “no added sugars or thickeners.” Recipes differ by sauce
— the sweet styles use brown sugar or honey — so check the ingredient
panel shown on each product page.
Do the sauces need refrigeration?
Refrigerate after opening. Stored that way, the sauces keep their
fresh taste for months.
Can I order several flavors together?
Yes — the Mix
& Match packs
let you choose any three or twelve AZ Gunslinger bottles,
there’s an organic
Mix & Match
, and the
3-Pack Variety
Carton
bundles the original trio.
What bottle sizes are available?
The core AZ Gunslinger sauces come in 5 oz, 10 oz,
32 oz, and 1-gallon bottles. Specialty flavors come in 5 oz, wing sauces
in 12 oz, and the organics in 5 oz and 32 oz. Each product page
lists its sizes and pack options.
Which products are organic?
The five Organic
Harvest sauces
— Organic Red Jalapeño, Organic Habanero, Organic
Chipotle Habanero, Organic Sweet Chili Lime, and Organic Honey Mustard BBQ —
are made with certified organic ingredients and labeled gluten-free. The AZ
Gunslinger line is all-natural but not organic.
