1. What ingredients do you use for your products?

 – We only use the finest ingredients for our products. Our labels are provided under each product with our panel of ingredients for each product.

2. Are there any shipping fees?

Rates are quoted “Ground” realtime via UPS, FedEx and USPS.  Costs of shipment are passed onto the customer with no additional markup.

3. How do you ship?

Do you have a bigger order?  Email info@azpepper.com with a listing of what you want to order, the quantity and where to ship to. We’ll E-mail you back a quote for the shipping cost for you to consider before placing an order. 

4. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

 – No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. 

5. Can I return a product I ordered?

 – Absolutely! We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy. We do not cover the shipping costs. For the return labels Give us an email at info@azpepper.com or call us at 602-759-7502 and we’ll e-mail them to you 

6. I’m a real Gunslinger Fan. Can I order direct at azpepper.com?

For international orders, the buyer must provide the shipping labels.

7. Is it safe to transmit my credit card information online?

 – When you submit personal information on our website, we will protect your information both online and offline. We also use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure once we receive it.
